After embracing full-time RV living in 2016, we realized how much we missed the personal connections and satisfaction of running our own business. We established Tip-Top Toppers to provide fellow RV enthusiasts with products built to outlast standard factory offerings, bringing quality and reliability to every adventure.

I’ve always had a passion for building and improving things. Years ago, I built our family home from scratch on an acreage north of Spruce Grove, Alberta. In 1984, I purchased W-M Dental Services Ltd. Together with Francyne, we successfully operated the business until retirement.
Throughout our RV journeys, I noticed many components could be made better. My commitment to quality and craftsmanship inspired me to create slide toppers that are not only superior to factory standards but also crafted to handle real-world adventures.

FRANCYNE LEBLOND-SCHULZ
Hello! Bonjour! My background is in education, having worked as a French Immersion teacher for 25 years. In my spare time, I developed a love for sewing and pattern drafting—skills that are now central to our business.
Life took a sudden turn in 2012 when I suffered a brain aneurysm during a vacation, prompting us to retire early. This experience reshaped our priorities and led us to embrace full-time RV living. Today, I’m proud to combine my lifelong passion for sewing with our shared commitment to creating top-quality slide toppers for fellow RV enthusiasts.
